It's like being in a resort
community (like Breckenridge,
CO) in the midst of Bellevue,
NE.

wild life is beautiful and the
neighbors and staff go out of
their way to be helpful.

When you live here you aren't
just renting an apartment. My
family has lived here over a
year and without giving to
much away, we have bee treated
with love,respect and
compassion. You are a person
here not just renter.

This is a unique community,
not a city cookie cutter. I
love the rural setting 10
minutes to work. The people
here are great!
I wish my car fit in a garage
- too tall. It will be a long
winter. But my car is within
remote starting distance
outside.

The customer service is prompt
and great. The atmosphere is
so peaceful and safe. Secluded
yet still part of a community.
Love the events, example
Halloween, couldn't make it
but saw how they went all out
to create fun for the
families. I am grateful to be
able to be a part of this
apartment living.

It is so peaceful , quiet and

The apartments a huge and
beautiful and the whole place
has a summer camp feel to it.
The area is stunning and the
wild life is amazing. The
other residents are respectful
and their children are well
behaved. My only complaint is
the bugs and some $3 bug spray
fixes that!!!

highly recommend to my
friends. It is peaceful here.
Not bothered by noise in
other apartments. Maintenance
is great as is the staff.
These features are very

I really like the Fontenelle
Hills Apartments. They are
very nice and spacious. The
monthly rent is a lot cheaper
than the apartment that I used
to live in.
